    Our Music teacher taught us this when we were in seventh standard. Thank you for reminding me of those days where we were taught to sing praises of India and its heritage.

      Yes sir, it is not written by me. It is one of my most fevourite poems. It is written by Pandit Vinaychandra Maudrlaya and if you noted, I said there "main ye song bachpan se gaata hua aaya hu" I didn't say this is my creation or my words..

    Hind desh ke niwasi song was written by Pandit Vinaychandra Maudrlaya..Originally music by Basant Desai..This was produced by Films Division of Doordarshan.
